Neill Marshall has successfully recruited leaders for
hospitals & healthcare systems, physician group practices, managed care
organizations and academic and fundraising organizations. Mr. Marshall has
successfully completed a variety of assignments for healthcare leaders
including CEOs, COOs, CIOs, CFOs, CNOs, other Vice Presidents, and a wide range
of administrative and clinical department directors. Before founding Marshall
Koll & Associates, Mr. Marshall spent ten years with Witt/Kieffer, a
national search firm specializing in the healthcare sector. Prior to
Witt/Kieffer he spent five years with Merritt Hawkins & Associates, the
nation’s largest physician search firm
Mary Kollasch is an expert in communications, research,
database management, and cutting-edge information technology. She coordinates
the network of contacts and information that is the lifeblood of MKA’s
search process, and created MKA’s unique systems of connecting with
top-quality candidates via email and targeted direct mail. Prior to co-founding
Marshall Koll & Associates, Mary had an extensive background in healthcare
research and management. She holds a degree in Education from Iowa State
University in Ames, Iowa.
Julie Landefeld has been part of Marshall Koll &
Associates since its inception in 2005, specializing in research for hospitals.
Her expert skills in database searching, online searching, and information
analysis and correlation have made her invaluable to MKA clients. Julie holds a
degree in Business Administration from Illinois College, a small prestigious
liberal arts college in Jacksonville, Illinois. Her background includes
increasingly responsible positions in sales and management, property
management, and state government.
Bridget Echerd is Marshall Koll’s research
specialist in managed care and medical schools, and her information-gathering
skills have given MKA unique insight into these elements of the healthcare
industry. Her skill and experience with people also make her valuable in
candidate sourcing. Bridget is a graduate of the University of Dallas with a
degree in mathematics. Her background includes ten years’ experience as a
staffing manager for a Dallas/Fort Worth temporary staffing company, and she
has also served as a substitute teacher in multiple grades from elementary
through high school.
Mary Lynn Tarvin is Marshall Koll’s research
specialist in physician clinics. She gathers information from multiple sources,
personal interviews and site visits, and her ability to study and organize data
makes her a uniquely knowledgeable expert in this critical niche. Mary Lynn is
a graduate of Angelo State University, a part of the Texas Tech University
System. Her richly varied background includes work as an elementary school
teacher, a Senator’s committee assistant, and a Certified Personal
Trainer.
Laura Osiecki, Controller for Marshall Koll &
Associates, Inc. has approximately 22 years experience providing bookkeeping
services to a variety of business accounts. Her background includes services to
companies involved in property management, real estate development, retail
merchant, non-profit organization, professional search agency as well as
insurance brokerage. Laura holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Public
Relations from Valdosta State University, in Valdosta, Georgia.
