Firm Overview
Marshall Koll & Associates was
formed over three years ago. Principals and consultants have in excess of
fifteen years' experience in healthcare recruiting. Our original client list
was developed exclusively by word-of-mouth, and all of our business comes from
referrals. We're growing fast, but managing our growth judiciously-personal
attention from a principal is still something you can count on with Marshall
Koll & Associates.
The
key element of our business is our ability to produce and recruit highly
qualified candidates. We know healthcare, and over the years we have formed an
extensive proprietary network of the field's best people. Our clients come to
us for this thorough understanding of the healthcare marketplace.
Our
client list principally includes for-profit, not-for-profit, and faith-based
acute-care hospitals, as well as the nation's top 100 hospitals and systems;
national and local insurance companies including HMOs, PPOs, and related
managed-care companies; and a variety of physician practices and clinics.
